Hi there,
Hunter had his 18 month check-up today. Hard to believe he is so old already, isn't it?
He is 33 inches tall - which is 80th percentile and 25 lbs 3 ozs, which is 30th percentile for weight.
This is the highest percentile he has been for either height or weight but I am especially excited about his weight! Chasing him around with food constantly has paid off. Either that, or his love of chocolate (like his mamas) is finally putting on the pounds. I think it has more to do with the fresh fruit smoothie I make him everyday.
We are getting SO excited about baby Landon. I can't believe we're only 2 months from meeting him. I did get some sad news today: Hunter is not allowed to visit me in the hospital. Because of H1N1, no one under 18 is allowed to visit the hospital. I will plan on going home from the hospital early, as I have still not spent a night away from him and don't want to make my first trip away a several day long event.
In other news, I have scheduled a defense date for my qualifying exams, to advance to candidacy. My defense is set for January 8th, 2010. Landon is expected January 24th. Hopefully I am so big and pregnant that they just pass me without torturing me too much first :-)
That's the news! Pictures soon!

Trish I love the name Landon! I saw it on your Pottery Barn Kids registry. I think it goes really well with Hunter. Still think it's so sad about H not being able to be there when L is born. :( Hopefully you can find a loophole in the rule or the H1N1 scare will have settled down a little bit.
