Disneyland and beyond!

We went to Disneyland with Hunter's Meema, Peepaw, Uncle Jeff and Uncle Jason (which sounds like chicken).  We had a lot of fun!  It's amazing to see Disneyland through the eyes of a 2 year old.  He just absolutely went nuts.  He loves Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, so he just had SO much fun there!

Hunter has become quite the comedian.  He says the funniest things lately.  Some of our conversations lately have gone like this:
"Mommy, Hunter's tushy is cracked.  I need a new one.  And mommy, and Jeff and Jason."
Me: "Oh yea, what about Daddy?"
Hunter: "No, his is okay."
Or this:
"Mommy, boys have peanuts and girls have babies."
Or this:
"Minnie Mouse is HOT."

Landon, on the other hand is not funny but he is incredibly sweet.  He can crawl all over the place and has started pulling to a stand and cruising (at 8 months).  He loves to pull up on my pant legs.  Those are his favorite things to hold.  No matter where I am, he finds me and then crawls as fast as he can towards me.  As he gets closer you can hear the excitement because he pants so very, very loudly.  Then when he gets to me he pulls himself up on my pants and looks up at me with the sweetest little face.  I just can't help it - I have to hold him.

We have enjoyed a few weeks of downtime - staying in the Manhattan Beach area as we get ready to go away for 2 weeks in a row.  I've been working so hard on finishing my dissertation.  Last week I was away from the boys 4 times.  It was way too much and I don't want to do it again.  That being said, I am determined to graduate May 13, 2011.  So I will do what needs to be done!

Enjoy the photos from the last week or so!

Oops - out of order.  Landon at his My Gym class.  He's the youngest so he is learning a LOT from the older kids.
Eating a bagel during Hunter's soccer practice.  Keagan isn't in this class and consequently it is SO hard to keep him interested.  I'm suspending him going to the class until Keagan joins again.  He just won't play unless I play with him!
 The boys on the swings
Hunter playing soccer.  That looks like a penalty kick!
Hunter went to his first day of preschool on September 17.  It's only on Fridays and only in the mornings.  It's a co-op, so we work once a month.  Here he is, all ready for school in his backpack and fleece.  He came home 2 outfits later because he got so messy!  I stayed the whole time the first time he went but the second time I just walked him in and left.  He did a GREAT job!  He only cried for a few minutes and then played with his friends.  I am so proud of him.

Luke - one of Hunter's favorite friends (well, RC is one of my favorite mom's, so by default....) turned 2 last week.  They had a fun party at their house.  This is the family.

Gavin, Hunter and Kai enjoyed cupcakes.  Look at those faces!
 RC and her baby boy!
Last Sunday we went to Palos Verdes for dinner.  It was cold up there, but so beautiful and so much fun.  Here is a picture of me and Landon enjoying the beautiful scenery.
That's all! Have a great week!

Baby Wyatt and Our Las Vegas visit

We went to Vegas this week and had so much fun!  We laid by the pool and saw a couple of friends.  We didn't take a ton of photos, so I don't have that much to share of other people - but lots of the boys!  When we got to the hotel, these plates were waiting for the boys.Hunter has been in a very loving mood lately.  He was running at me and then kissing me.  So cute.Landon and Hunter loves our view!  We could see the airplanes and helicopters taking off from the airport.  They just wanted to sit and watch all day long.  It's hard to be a baby at the 4 Seasons!Me and the big boyHunter loved playing in the fountain at Town Square in Las Vegas. Landon liked watching his big brother run around and play.Enjoying a strawberry smoothie poolsideWe went out for Aunty Tiffers birthday!  Tiff turned 28 while we were in Vegas.I love when the little guy falls asleep on me.  He doesn't do it much anymore.Watching Helicopters!!!Hunter's poor little lip!  He was so chapped from the dry Las Vegas air.  He called it "Hot Vegas" - I'm not sure if he was being funny or if he thought that's what we said.  We had to go in the pool during the morning before we left.  The boys were thrilled.Yogurt!!!Daddy tossing Hunter in the air!The two loves of my life (besides Daddy)Hunter used to kiss my nose like this too. I love when they suck on you!Peek-a-boo!
Loving on baby Wyatt - Keagan's little brother.  He was 10 days old when this photos was taken.
