Busy week

This month has been busy - but so much fun!  Landon has recently gotten much easier.  I don't know if it's because Hunter has finally adjusted to playing by himself a little bit more, or if it's because Landon is a little bit more independent.  He is finally sitting by himself and has taken an interest in his toys.  He can push himself up onto all fours too!  Yesterday he started scooting backwards - at 5 months! This is a new thing and it makes me so sad that his time as a little baby is going so quickly.  He loves to giggle and stares at his big brother in awe.

Hunter has gotten more difficult.  Difficult is an understatement, actually.  Hunter is a little monster lately.  He is 2 in every sense of the word.  He pushes my limits to the extreme but he's so cute that at night=time I feel bad for getting so angry with him.  He hits, pushes and shoves other kids.  I'm cautious of bringing him to playdates because I don't know if he is going to hurt someone.  While he used to adore his baby brother, he is now quite mean to him.  He hits him, stands on his appendages and yesterday bit his nose.  I think he's doing it to get attention.  I also think he's getting a molar and is in pain so he's acting out.  Whatever it is, I hope he gets through it soon!

It isn't all bad.  He loves to snuggle.  He's very funny.  He gives me kisses and tells me all kinds of stories.  He's a good friend to most of the kids.  He really is a GOOD boy.  Just going through a difficult phase.

Today was Bridget's baby shower for her second baby.  She is so adorable and we can't wait to meet this new little pumpkin.  Most of the above pictures are from the shower.
