Happy birthday to Landon!

Landon turns 1 today! I cannot believe the year has gone so fast.  When he was born, 7 lbs 4 ozs, he was just a laid back, easy baby.  Now he is one and has a few more opinions now than he had then, but not many.

He loves watching his brother - that is number 1.  His favorite place to be is in Hunter's room or Mommy's arms.  He loves to eat - anything and everything.  He puts everything in his mouth. He loves to play with his toys and tries to walk constantly.  He's starting to let go of things but has not yet taken any steps.  I know he will do it when he is ready.  He is very methodical and wants to be sure before he does something, so I expect it to take another month.  He has brown brown eyes that look green in bright lights.  He has a winning smile.  He sleeps like an angel - 12 hours at night a 2 1-2 hour naps during the day.  He is an angel who we call "Perf", hsort for "Perfect" because he is just the most wonderful little baby.

Things he does not like: being hit by his brother (or pushed or pulled, etc), having toys taken from him, being moved from where he was when he is trying to do something. He does not like when he can see me and I am not holding him. He crawls over to me, sits on his knees and thrusts his arms into the air as if to say "UP! UP!".  That's about it.  He likes everything else!

I cannot wait to celebrate this little angel on Saturday!
