Disney extravaganza!

These photos are completely out of order. I will narrate as we go, but suffice it to say that we had an incredible trip with our great friends, the Paternas. We went on the cruise and then we split up with our buddies and went to Disney World for 5 days.  Unfortunately, Brian got Norovirus and then Landon and Aspen were sick. You'll see plenty of photos of them not feeling great but overall we had a great time.

This is one "formal" night. How cute are these boys? I was teaching them about seaweed. Where there is seaweed there are fish, which means bigger fish, which means dolphins and SHAAAAAARKS.  They loved looking for fish and sharks (we saw none.) But there was lots of seaweed.

 The 9 of us. Seriously. 9. We are insane. We had a 17 month old, 23 month old, 3 yr old, almost 5 yr old and a 5 year old. 5 kids, the oldest of whom was 5.

 Me and Matt.  I've written about it before, but Matt and I are 2 peas in a pod. Brian and Courtney are siblings from another mother. It's a really funny dynamic and we all get along SUPER well!

 This is the adult beach. I had a massage on the beach, Brian went jet skiing. The Paternas laid in lounge chairs without kids. Awesome, huh?

 Aspen isn't feeling well. Poor baby got so sick on the cruise, just as Daddy started to get better.

 Beautiful couple before one of our fancy dinners, just adults. Brian was so sick, he stayed back with the kids and missed both nice dinners. It was a bummer to miss him. We had fun though, the 3 of us.

 Chef Mickey's! You have to book this 6 months in advance. Aspen vomited on herself and Landon had a temperature and fell asleep at the table. Sweet little guy. THis wasn't the best experience because of the sick kids, but it was fun to have all the characters come over to our table.

 Epcot. Worst park ever. This was the happiest part of it - getting the kids a slushie. It was 85, humid and it poured for a little bit while we were there. Highly not recommended.

 Hunter got his infusion on the night we embarked. Unfortunately he knocked the needles out of his legs and I had to redo it. He slept through it, luckily, and I think this infusion is the only thing that kept him from getting super sick (like the other 3.)

 Oh - we finally got smart on Thursday! We put the kids in the kids club and went up to the adult deck where we had yummy smoothies and adult conversation.

We had a GREAT time on the trip!  We love traveling with the Paternas! We love Disney (although I am Disney done for awhile.) Now we are in Vegas for the weekend for a wedding. Happy happy times!
