Bend, Oregon with Aunt Sarah and Uncle Jeff!!

Oh my goodness. I LOVE this baby. She is getting sweeter and easier every day. She is smiley and giggly and I just love snuggling her.  I something call her "Mouse" and sometimes call her "Squish", but I mostly call her "Little person." It's used like "look at this Little Person." or "I love this little person." That's what she is now, a little person.  Today is her 4 month birthday. She is 13 lbs 10 ozs, 24 inches and her head is 48th percentile. She's a big girl!

Oh I love this face too. I just love it.  It's not always the easiest face to love (this child defines "difficult", but I just want to kiss his whole face and smother him with love.)
And this one Easy and sweet and kind and perfect. This girl melts everyone's heart.  Everyone's.
And this goofball. Such a sweet kid. Tonight he set the table without me asking. Then he cleaned it up when we were done. He is just amazing.
Sarah and Jeff came out to meet us in Bend, Oregon (a 3 hour drive from Portland).  Sarah loves little Ms. Maisy and held her for a lot of the trip!
Uncle Jeff was pretty taken with her too.  This is one of her favorite positions to be held.
 Presents!
 "Ring Security"

 The boys!

Rocks and sticks. It turns out, all boys need are rocks and sticks.
Uncle Jeff loved playing in the pool with the kiddos.

 Spiderman!

 Our littlest fish.

 And floating on her back!
What?! This place has a slide!?
Uncle Jeff and Aspen. He sure did love her!

And he took care of Landon too - who was too tired to walk back to the house.

Aunt Sarah is a natural with Mouse.

Me and Jeff by the waterfront

A little family hike to the falls.

 Working!
 Maisy is quite the giggler.
 Play time!

 Dinner time.
 Paper Airplane time!

Oh my gosh. I could EAT her!
Golf. They did it 4 times this trip. It's Brian's newest hobby. Hunter LOVES it too. I'm afraid.
Hunter, Brian, Uncle Jeff and Landon. The boys. Golfing. What is cuter?!
 This?
 They were pretend fishing.
Flower girl and ring bearer shirts! Cuties!
The girls went for mani/pedis. Yea we did. So awesome.
 Presents!!!!

And Maisy got a crown. I adore this crown and think she should wear it for the rest of her life.
The last day - chilling in the hot tub.

And my goofball of a brother.
 Someone was sleepy.
 Dinner night out.

Me and Uncle Jeffy and all the kiddos.
 Sarah and the little men
Ice cream! Ben and Jerry's. So relish.
Sharing doubles the fun, right? Aspen took Uncle Jeff's shake.

On the way back to Portland we stopped by Mt. hood and Timberline Lodge, where the wedding will be on May 2! Can't wait! (Brian is a groomsmen and I am a bridesmaid.) Yay for shopping!

Sarah's parents house is the BEST. It is awesome. They went fishing on the pier and caught 4 fish. Then they went on a boat ride and we finished the evening with smores by the campfire. Before I knew it, Brian was telling me it was 10 pm. Sarah's parents are sweet and kind and inviting. We felt welcome and like part of the crew. It was awesome.

 Fishin'

Randy (Sarah's dad) removing the hook
Joni and I caught a fish while the guys were out on the boat. Neither of us wanted to touch it, so we just waited for the guys to return and save us. It was like a 1950s sitcom.

My middles. So cute. So idyllic.
Is this kid heaven or what?!

Then we met the cats. Landon was so excited about this part of the trip that he asked about it every single day. I wish we could get him a cat. He loves them too much.
 Final snuggles before we leave.
Goodbye Aunt Sarah and Uncle Jeff. We love you and we are so glad we got this time together!
