We have had a busy month! Landon is 100% potty-trained. He has some accidents, sure, but don't we all? Haha. Ok, kidding. He makes it through most nights without wetting the bed and hasn't had an accident during the day since Labor Day (when he peed on a friend's pool table.) Isn't he adorable? I love his little tushy in big boy undies. Too cute.
In late August my brother and his girlfriend, Sarah, were in palm Springs for a week. They came to visit for a day and had SO much fun with my kids. The kids seriously LOVE him. It's adorable. Unfortunately Landon was in a grumpy mood that day so I didn't get any cute photos of him and Jeff, but I got lots of the other 2 babies with him.Jeff wanted cupcakes so we went to Susiecakes (a tradition.)
I let Aspen have her first (mini) cupcake. She LOVED it.
Landon got more chocolate on himself than in his mouth.
Sarah and Hunter. Hunter was quite taken with how bootiful she is.
Aspen and her cupcake
Happy girl!
Jeff enjoyed his cupcakes. Yes, plural. He had 2.
Then we went to the beach where it felt like it was about 1000 degrees so we only stayed about 30 minutes.
Cute
Then we came home and Brian made us a yummmmmy dinner. After dinner Jeff and Sarah left. It was a short visit but it was great to see them.
The next day we went to Disneyland with Tami and Maddie. Thank goodness she only had one kid with her because I can't ride most of the rides with 3 kids! I guess I'll go more when Hunter is in school or leave Aspen with someone so I can enjoy the boys.
Hunter and Maddie LOVE one another.
Landon and Maddie do too.
This weekend Hunter had his first soccer game. So cute. I've been waiting for this day for a long time! He is on the Shark Team and has a bunch of friends on the team with him. The goal for the year is to get them to put the ball in the opposite goal. They scored on themselves about 4 times. Landon had to get dressed in his uniform and bring his ball. He had fun running around with his ball and playing. Interestingly, Landon got far dirtier than Hunter did.

Landon
Hunter is #7...and we have 3 coaches. Yes, 3. Only 7 kids on the team and 3 coaches.
Landon mid-stride.
Mud face
Andrew and Megan. He looks like such a big boy!
Cone head
Hunter doing the kick off (but first resting his foot on the ball.)
At the end we made a bridge and the kids ran through it. They were so happy.
Brian stayed home while Aspen napped. She gets cuter ever single day. Seriously. Look at those pigtails!
And she's quite a water baby. Such a sweet little girl.
This is swim lessons. Landon is center, floating on his back with Ms. Becky and Aspen is on the right with Ms. Etzel. Landon can float on his back! He doesn't like to do it but we're going to keep practicing. Aspen does everything she is asked to do and doesn't cry at all. Hunter can now jump in the water, turn on his back and float. It's time to learn the strokes!
Tomorrow morning we leave for Maui. Wish us luck. Aspen started pulling to a stand yesterday and it is ALL that she wants to do...all of the time. I have a feeling that she will be an unhappy camper on the plane....for 5 hours. When we return, we are only home for 10 days before we pack up and head to the other coast! Wish us luck with all the flying and time changes!
