End of October

Ok.  My photos have posted backwards.  Weeeeeird.  I will narrate them backwards.  These are photos from the Color Run.  This is actually the end of the Color Run where everyone gathers and throws color to make sure we are all completely covered in color.  I had already been in this cloud but we thought it was amazing how much color there was in the air.

Here I am at the very end.  VERY colorful.  You're supposed to wear as much white as possible, so I ordered a white running shirt and white running tights.  Funny aside: When the tights came in the mail, Brian brought them in and asked me "Did you order white pants for Hunter?" Hahaha.  "No babe, those are for me."  Brian: "But....they're so.....small." Ha.  They are indeed, but I'm not that tall, so they worked for me!

Brian came with me and we had a date on Friday night.  He didn't want to run so he was our designated photographer and a pretty good sport.  He would have had more fun if he had run.

My mini running group.  Me, Angie, Cait, Brad, Megan, Brendt and Ernie.  I ran mostly with Brad who is a former cross country star.  I about died at the end of this 5K event.

This was more of the group - there were actually 41 registered adults in our "Choose the run (CTR)" group.  It was fun to be a part of something so big and my friend's brother is the one who started the whole thing, so that was cool as well.
 Me and Megan pre-race.
Me and Brad, immediately after the race. (Brad is Cait's husband and Cait is Megan's husband - got that?)
My cool tattoo showing through the color.

 Me and Angie, pre-race
Me and my adopted mom/knitting teacher/go to buddy Vicki! How I love this woman!  She ran it too! And she's a great Grandma.  Amazing lady, right?  We had So much fun at this run and I can't wait to do it again!
Autumn festival at Circle of Love.  It's basically a Halloween party and they get to dress up.  I let the boys wear whatever costume they wanted for Halloween and the Autumn Festival because they wore what I wanted them to for Disney Halloween and trunk or Treat. This is Hunter's class.
 Hunter and his fiance, Avery

Landon's adorable 2 year old class.
On Halloween night I took the boys trick or treating with some friends from the ward.  I was a cowgirl because I felt bad not dressing up.
 Super MEN!
We went to San Diego last Saturday just for the day.  Yes, it's a big ordeal, but it was SO worth it because.....my aunt and uncle were there! Oh my what fun we had.  We ended the day at Ghirardelli eating ice cream sundaes.  Aspen wanted my camera.
My Aunt and Uncle and my monkeys.
Me and Chi Chi.  Oh how I adore my Chi Chi!
Hey! We were supposed to share that!!! She DID share it.
Mmmm.  The boys were loving the ice cream but ate VERY little of it.
We played in the grass for about 5 minutes before Hunter decided he needed to go potty.  Wonderful. Haha.

Uncle Mike and Landon playing in the grass.
Chi Chi and her boys. Usually they're my boys, or Daddy's boys.  But when Chi Chi is here, they are her boys.
 They went on a Carousel.
 And played in the water.
And loved on their Chi Chi
And went in the little train. Landon LOVED the train. Uncle Mike and the Princess

Trunk or Treat.  Look at the pure glee on his face.  This was so cute.  He took his candy and went to the opposite side of the parking lot with his big kid friends and ate a ton of candy.  I'm sure he thought he was being sneaky, but he wasn't. We knew just what he was doing. We just let him :-)
 Hunter and Andrew
Pooh!!! He is such a good Pooh!

Me as "Rabbit", handing out candy with Tigger, Pooh and Piglet.
Christopher Robin and Piglet. What a handsome Christopher Robin he is!
We had an amazing time with my aunt, our ward members at Trunk or Treat, the Color Run and at school.  We are so lucky to have so many wonderful people in our lives. What a fun month we've had!

This week: Wednesday is Aspen's birthday!!!!! Disneyland for her birthday and a party on Saturday. My brother is even coming down then!
