Jackson Hole. My home away from home. This morning we were sitting at breakfast and Brian said "I think we will eventually have a place here and a place in Manhattan Beach." Yay! He loves it there *almost* as much as I do.
This was before we left. This little girl cracks me up - she was "hiding" from me.
Before we left, Auntie Megan brought us dinner and a movie and some snacks for the boys, so get them through Hunter's infusion. This is why Megan is the best friend ever. Not only did she bring us a meal and something to do during the infusion, but she and Kate also set up for us to have meals and an activity for the next 6 or 7 weeks. Now THOSE are good friends. Thanks Megs and Kate!

I can't get enough of these 2. They just adore one another daddy/daughter love. So cute.
3 in a row. You'll never guess who the biggest troublemaker is. Hint: She has a pink pacifier.
Oooh some bear paw cookies and adventure guides for the boys.
What?! Complimentary smores and hot cocoa by the fire everyday from 4:30-6? We're THERE.
What feels better than a hot tub when it's 20 degrees outside?
Hunter found Mary and baby Jesus!
Playing in the snow
What is prettier than this?! SERIOUSLY!
I took the boys to play in the snow and ice castle while Brian did work during Aspen's nap.
Pretend napping after a full day of skiing. The boys are doing awesome and growing as skiers so quickly. Hunter is a 3+ skier and Landon is a 3 skier! Pretty impressive considering this is Landon's first year on skis and Hunter only skied twice last year. These are amazing little boys.
I was pretending to be the dragon. We had way too much fun at this ice castle.
Hot cocoa and whipped cream.
Baby snuggles. What is better?!
Me and my cocoa.
Brian enjoyed taking the kids in the pool (which was heated to almost 90) but Aspen and I stuck with the hot tub (which was heated to 100.)
How cute are they in their little robes? The hotel is awesome because they have people working the pool who take your robe and put it in a heated armoire. When you get out, they bring you heated towels and your heated robe. Once when we got out Hunter said "I need my robe." I cringed. I think we need to take them camping to even out the spoiledness.
But look how happy he is!
Hot cocoa by the fire.
Waiting for the boys in the warm room.
Enjoying smores.
Cute boy.
I'm getting ready to go skiing and Aspen doesn't know the babysitter is coming....
Cutie skiers.
Daddy reading the kiddos books. Every night he reads to them. I just love it. It's such a cute tradition.
Skiing!
Landon is skiing!
I ran into Kim (the babysitter) with Aspen when I went to spy on Landon and Hunter. Look at that snowsuit!!!
Brian and I had lunch at this DELICIOUS place called the "Handle Bar" and it had the most amazing pretzel with homemade cheese fondue. So good.
Skiing together! Brian said i look like a bank robber.
Cutie skier.
On a nature walk.
Me and the grump.
Snow angel. He really is.
On the way to the nature center.

Getting ready for a sleigh ride.

Date night #2
We had dinner with Tom and Sue, some of our favorite people (even if they are Democrats.) Tom did most of the photography in our house - www.mangelsen.com - he's AMAZING.
The 4 of us. I look about 3 feet tall.
The boys!
Landon - amazing. He is such an athletic boy. I can't wait to see how well he plays other sports.
Awesome job Hunter!
Skiing up above the gondola.
Brian took some photos of me coming down the mountain.
Back to reality. We got home tonight and had to immediately do Hunter's treatment. I brought all of his stuff with us on the trip, but someone stole his pump! Isn't that crazy? I'm guessing it was a TSA agent because I doubt Delta people go through our bags. Luckily, Accredo is SO awesome that I called at 4:45 on Friday night and they had the pump here by 12 on Saturday. I love them. And Hunter is asleep after having his treatment. We tried it in his legs this time and he didn't have any side effects so far, so maybe this is the way to go.
We had an amazing time! I love Jackson Hole. I loved being with my family on vacation. I'm off to bed!
