When we are at home we are incredibly busy. We have golf lessons, Asteme math and computer coding, homeschool, the gym, regular school for the girls, etc, etc, etc. Sometimes it is hard to find time to go out with my friends or spend a date night with Brian. I find that I get really tired, really quickly. The pressure to plan playdates for the boys and to spend good, quality time with the girls after school, becomes overwhelming. Then we come home to Jackson Hole and we sleep late and spend some days in our pajamas. We read, go to the library, homeschool, put together puzzles and make dinner together. It's pretty much the best thing ever. We ski every other day and that involves getting out of the house pretty early, but we have such a fun time that nobody minds it. Maisy is an incredible little ripper. She is shocking to see on the slopes. Aspen is progressing so quickly that it is incredible. She will be done with ski school before long. Hunter is, of course, a really competent and energetic skier. I love watching him. Landon is....warming up. He loves to ski. He is just afraid of it. It's definitely an exercise in patience and discipline to ski with him since he was ejected from ski school. Maybe next year he will return. We have one more week left here in Jackson before we return to Manhattan Beach and add golf league and spring soccer to the mix! Oh my goodness! Luckily we have an upcoming Disney cruise, visit to my grandparents and short stay in Orlando following the cruise.
Great Wolf Lodge surprise for Landon's birthday!
